Creek Walk Cottages

A tiny home community offering fellowship, simplicity & purpose.
Located one mile from the vibrant Downtown Traveler’s Rest, SC.

Our Story

Creek Walk Village is a Tiny Home Community originally created by entrepreneur Justin Draplin. The inspiration behind Creek Walk was to provide an opportunity for simple living in tiny homes.

“Everyone who moves here expects to get rid of stuff. Sometimes they have anxiety about it, but once they start doing it I get texts like: ‘Justin, I started throwing away stuff, it feels great!’ An important part of the community is the simplified living aspect. People make comments to me like, ‘I can clean this whole house in thirty minutes!'” – Justin Draplin

Creek Walk continued to take shape as investors Richard Willams and Mark Ells joined in on the movement. Richard became an active manager of Creek Walk Village and continued to grow in his passion and knowledge of the tiny lifestyle. Mark Ells has helped bring the Creek Walk dream to life by continuing our Phase III development.

At Creek Walk, our motto is “we don’t just sell homes, we sell a lifestyle.” Creek Walk is a place for those seeking simplicity, purpose and fellowship. We believe that a successful life is achieved with a willingness to let go of your extra “stuff” and find meaning and purpose that is not attached to material possessions. If this sounds like the lifestyle you’re looking for, visit our FAQ for more information or contact us today!

Convenience

“In a lot of ways, the community is pre-built here. If you want to walk or bike on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, you don’t have to get in a car or go and meet somewhere, you can just knock on your neighbor’s door. I find that people in tiny-home communities want that connection, and they’re more willing to be open and invite others inside.”
