Reservation fee: $980, nonrefundable
Choose your lot and press select. You will be directed to the payment form to complete your reservation.
Before reserving a lot, please fill out the reservation fee agreement form and send it to sales@faithcottages.com. Please use the subject line: “New Creek Walk Lot Reservation” for the reservation to be finalized.
All homes MUST be purchased through the Community Sales Manager. Outside builders/models will not be allowed.
